METHOD precision heavy duty paper sheeting machine utilises rotary cross cutter and AC servo motor & PLC control system to perform paper sheeting with extremely high speed and high precision. It is completed with hydraulic shaftless paper roll unwinding station, electrostatic discharger, automatic paper tension controller, PLC control sheeting length adjustment, automatic counting and tab inserting system and automatic paper piling system. The designs come with double reels or quadruple reels sheeting. It also has been designed to cater for various thickness of paper sheets, paper cards or paper boards (in reel forms).
