METHOD precision heavy duty paper sheeter utilises rotary cross cutter and AC servo motor & PLC control to perform paper sheeting with extremely high speed and high precision. It is also equiped with anti-static device, auto paper tension controller, auto sheet counting and tab inserter, automatic hydraulic paper piling system and pneumatic shaftless paper reel unwinding station. The designs come with double reels or quadruple reels sheeting. It also has been designed to cater for various thickness of paper sheets, paper cards or paper boards (in reel forms).
